IECHO has a technical support team of nearly thirty people to ensure that it can assist customers in solving technical problems in a timely and effective manner.

Before purchasing our machines, we will carry out trial cutting of materials according to customers' needs, so that customers can see with their own eyes the actual cutting effect of our machines. During the demonstration, we will introduce the construction and functions of the machines comprehensively; after purchasing the machines, we will provide a full range of machine services from remote consultation to field installation, software training, staff training and machine maintenance.

The health and safety of people is crucial. IECHO has installed a silent system on the cutting machine to reduce the noise hazard to users, and equipped with a vacuum cleaner for cutting MDF, acrylic and other dusty materials with milling cutters to avoid the drift of particles to the greatest extent during the cutting process and prevent users from inhaling particles.

Using IECHO's self-developed automatic nesting system, machine can automatically nest a whole piece of leather according to the sample level and finish nesting within 30-60 seconds, which ultimately improves the leather utilization rate by 2%-5%.
